Welcome to the www.beanteller.com website ("site"). This site is owned and operated by Task 17 LLC. Throughout this document, we collectively refer to both BeanTeller.com and Task 17 LLC as either "Task 17 LLC", "BeanTeller", "BeanTeller.com", "us", "we", or "our".

This Privacy Statement addresses our practices regarding information collected from users of the site and users of any applications we develop. It does not address or govern any information gathering, use, or dissemination practices related to information collected from the user (referred to as "you" or "your") other than directly through or from the site or from our apps, such as from telephone, facsimile, postal mail, personal delivery, or other or additional offline means or media. 4. Security Measures and Communicating with BeanTeller.com

BeanTeller.com has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural security features that are designed to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. Despite our efforts to protect your personal information, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from BeanTeller.com via this site or via e-mail cannot be and is not guaranteed. You accept these risks knowingly by visiting our website and using our software.

Any materials or comments, posted to any of the pages on the site are the responsibility of the user or company who posted them. As such, we assume no liability for the accuracy of such information, no duty to update or correct such information, and no liability for such communications arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.

The site is not intended for children under the age of 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information online from users in this age group. All users must be at least 18 years of age in order to use the site and to provide information to the site.

Upon your request via postal mail or e-mail, we will provide you with a summary of any personal information retained by BeanTeller.com that has been voluntarily provided by you through online forms, registration forms, contest entries, surveys, e-mail, or any other online avenue. 9. Right to Change Privacy Statement

We may change this Privacy Statement at any time. Notice of any new or revised Privacy Statement, as well as the location of the new or revised statement, will be posted on the site for at least twenty (20) days after the change. It is the obligation of users returning to the site to learn of changes to the Privacy Statement since their last visit. Any change to this Privacy Statement shall be effective for all users (even if you visited the site before when a different privacy policy was in effect). If you provide us with your email address, we will try to notify you of any changes to the privacy policy. The new privacy policy will still be take effect, however, even if you never receive such an email.
